Speed exercises: Achieved when typed in a well knownenvironment or language. Even if your language isn't supported bythe application, you still can indicate texts in any language toinclude the words contained therein.
Fluidness exercises: Type complete paragraphs, with goodsense sentences. Spelling errors must be corrected beforeproceeding. Special attention is given to the rhythm, aiming to beas uniform as possible. Load any text files, independent oflanguage.
Progress charts: At the completion of each exercise, somecharacteristics of your performance are saved and can be showedgraphically. Thus, you can easily observe your learning progress(or regression).
Including other texts: Facilities to import external textfor use with the advanced modules (velocity / fluidness). You canlaunch the usual dialog to select a local file on the system; youcan paste text already copied to the clipboard; and more, you canselect, drag and drop text in the entry box at the bottom of thetutor window.
Semi-online contest: The last training module scoresusers by rank according to their touch typing skills. The rankingis only done locally, for users on a shared machine, or data can besent to a web-server, providing a publicly available globalranking. Making the platform into a 'online' game.
